Research has shown that more women are involved in businesses and companies in china than any other country in the world including United States of America. The legal structure of china has ensured there is high percentage of women in business leadership. Contrast to their counterparts in the United States of America, women in china are involved in top ranking jobs such as CEO’s of companies. Due to this effort by the Chinese government productivity in workplace has been noted to have increased significantly than their counterparts in the United States companies (Chen, Jiagui., 2011).

One of the reasons for the increased productivity in china companies is due to introduction of new talent and skill. Women are known to have unique talents and qualities especially in administration and monetary matters. This gives china companies an upper hand to their counterparts in the United States hence increasing their productivity. More women in workplaces means increased workforce which leads to more production (Edwards., 2009). The Chinese companies have realized this and have therefore introduced more women in workplaces and this positive result of increased productivity has been realized immensely. To add on that women have always been known to motivate men both in homes and workplaces. Introduction of women in Chinese companies has helped to improve efficiency of male workers and this increases productivity as a whole. Some Chinese companies usually hires some women specifically as cheerleaders for motivating men which has worked since the Chinese companies has been proved to be more productive than those in united states in general (Yung, Judy., 2006).

Productivity of Chinese companies has been shown by the increased economic growth of china as a whole (Chen, Jiagui., 2011). The fact that china has overtaken United States show that china companies has been improving in production in recent years and this can partly be associated with introduction of women in workplaces.
